In addition to his Biomedical Engineering background, Adebayo Ademon also holds a Technical Diploma (BTS) in Transport and Logistics from the University of Parakou in Benin. This training provided him with a deep understanding of supply chains and logistics systems, essential skills for the efficient management of medical equipment and transnational projects.

Adebayo A. ADEMON serves as a consultant for Bahram International and CANO COPUS, two companies specializing in the sale of products such as marble, textiles for African markets, and plastic goods. Over the years, he has excelled in areas such as Market Analysis, Srategic Planning, Partnership Development, Product Customization to meet local needs. His role also includes training local teams and advising on regulatory compliance. Adebayo A. ADEMON also worked as a Medical Network Coordinator at Bwell, where he oversaw the establishment and management of a regional medical network. He has also held the roles of African Patient Coordinator and Project Coordinator at the Private Surgical Hospital of Denizli in Türkiye. In this capacity, he managed the care of African patients seeking medical treatment and oversaw various projects. He coordinates numerous Healthcare Initiatives in Africa, fostering connections between Turkish and African medical infrastructures to strengthen local capacities.
